Mysterious Pillars of Light Seen in Japan Ignite Alien Invasion Theories

As per reports, mesmerizing pictures of a bright phenomenon in the sky at night over Tottori, Japan on 22nd May stirred up a wave of conjecture on social networking sites. At first, many thought these images showed a cosmic or extraterrestrial event, with nine pillars of light shining across the sky. Nonetheless, a recent document has uncovered the actual source of this remarkable presentation.
A well-known event in Japan called ‘Isaribi Kochu,’ which translates to “fish-attracting light pillars,” was identified as the phenomenon observed in Tottori on May 11th, as reported by Mothership. These captivating lights are not from outer space but instead are produced by the fishing methods used by fishermen in the area.
Maashii, a social media user who witnessed the phenomenon above Daisen, shared the first images of the glowing pillars on social media. Afterward, totoro8201, a different user, shared a comparable picture, stating that they had witnessed the light pillars from Nariishi beach, around 12 kilometers east of Daisen. The pictures quickly caught people's interest, leading to widespread rumors about where they came from.
