Bollywood ready to bring in sequels

Indian producer Ramesh Taurani has stated that the script is ready for the fourth sequel in the crime franchise- Race. Additionally, his banner 'Tips Films' is also working on the sequels of Soldier and Bhoot Police.

The latest movie produced by the production house is Ishq Vishk Rebound which stars Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibraan Khan and Naila Greewal.

The first two movies of Race were directed by Abbas-Mustan, while the third movie was directed by Remo D' Souza.

 Ramesh said that the script is ready for the fourth film, and that the cast will be announced soon. He did not comment on whether Salman Khan would be a part of the film or not, but all the details would be out by the end of the year.

The first movie of Race was released in 2008 and its sequel was launched in 2013. Both the films did exceedingly well in the box-office. However, the third sequel which was released in 2018, did not do that well. 

He further added about the sequels for Soldier and Bhoot Police and said that the official announcement would be made soon.

Soldier was released in 1998 and was one of the highest grossing films of that year. On the other hand, Bhoot Police is a 2021 adventure-horror-comedy film which got a direct digital release.

Ramesh also gave a peep about his next untitled film with actor Varun Dhawan and his father-director David Dhawan. He said that T=the movie would be an entertaining love story with great music.
